Scoring
How a pick is made.
- Read
Every night Outrun collects new signals: funding news, public posts on X through the official API, and company job boards. On a typical night: well over a hundred signals.
- Filter
Each company is checked against your ICP (buyer role, size, region and keywords) and needs a clear reason to act now. Duplicates and exclusions are dropped. Fit, signal strength and freshness give each account a score from 0 to 100. A second signal on the same company, such as open sales roles after a round, adds to the score.
- Enrich
The top 5, 10 or 25, depending on your plan, get contact details from our licensed provider: work email, LinkedIn profile link, phone on Pro, and other social accounts where available.
- Deliver
At 7am, by email, Slack or in Outrun, each with the why-now line and the source linked. Your thumbs tune the weights.
What a pick looks like
A company name and the signal (“raised a £4m seed round”), one line on why now with a link to the source, and the person to contact: role, work email, LinkedIn profile link, and phone on Pro. That’s it. No dashboards to read.
