Use cases
Outrun is for founders and very small sales teams who sell to businesses and have a few hours a week for outbound. A digest of leads arrives every weekday at 7am; you read it, choose who is worth writing to, and write the email yourself. The founder-led sales routine below shows how that fits into twenty minutes.
How founders and small teams fit a 7am digest into a normal working day. If your plan depends on sending thousands of emails, a daily digest is a poor fit. If your plan is to write fewer emails that say something true, read on.
Who it suits
- Founders selling to B2B software companies. Software companies hire, raise and publish, which gives buying signals a lot to read.
- Very small sales teams. On the Team plan each seat gets its own daily digest, so each person works from their own ICP.
- Anyone who sells on timing. If the best time to write is when something has just changed, signals are the point.
How many leads you see depends on your ICP and your plan's daily limit, which is always 'up to', never a fixed number. The 7-day free trial (card required) shows you what your ICP looks like in practice.
Not for
- Anyone who wants a long list to send in bulk.
- Anyone who wants the email written for them. Outrun does not send email for you: you write and send from your own inbox.
